ABOUT TORI
A native of Houston, Texas, Tori planted her roots in San Diego for over 16 years. After serving in the U.S. Navy, marrying a Navy man and having two children, she began pursuing her life-long passion of hair and makeup artistry at Bellus Academy in 2011. Since then she has relentlessly pursued her education and spent many years climbing the ladder at one of the city’s premier salons before branching out on her own. As a mom and military spouse, Tori subscribes to the idea that no matter what life stage you’re in or what you deal with day to day, everyone deserves to look and feel beautiful. She currently specializes in custom blonding, natural low maintenance color, and hand tied extensions. In 2023, Tori sold her San Diego Salon and headed back to Texas. She has continued to travel to San Diego monthly to work. She is currently accepting new clients in Heath, TX operating out of the beautiful salon Evi Rae!
